All content made available through the Parentica Individual app — including but not limited to video courses, audio files, e-books, PDF worksheets, written guides, illustrations, graphics, software, user interface designs, data compilations, specialist profiles, course structures, methodologies, brand elements, and any derivative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of Parentica and/or its licensed content creators and specialists (collectively, "Parentica Content").
Parentica Content is protected under applicable international copyright law, including but not limited to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and equivalent national legislation worldwide. All rights are reserved.
No license, right, title, or interest in any Parentica Content is transferred to users by virtue of a subscription or access to the app, except the limited personal-use license described in Section 3 below.
Subscribers are expressly and unconditionally prohibited from:
Any violation of these prohibitions constitutes copyright infringement and/or breach of contract and may result in the subscription being terminated, civil liability, and criminal prosecution under applicable law.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Parentica grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view Parentica Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use within the Parentica Individual app, for the duration of your subscription.
The license is issued to one named person and cannot be shared. It does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Parentica Content, and it ends automatically when your subscription ends or if you breach these Terms.
Parentica Content — courses, ebooks, audio, daily posts, questionnaires and any replies from our AI assistant Pari — is provided for general informational, educational and wellbeing purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, psychological diagnosis, therapy, counselling, legal or financial advice, and using the app does not create any doctor-patient, therapist-client or other professional relationship.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns. The app is not an emergency service: if you are in danger or in a crisis, contact your local emergency number or crisis line immediately.
Parentica processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Swedish Data Protection Act (2018:218), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable data protection laws. Your data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA.
Your subscription is personal: we do not share your activity, your conversations with Pari, your progress or your certificates with any employer, insurer, school or other third party. Your personal data is never sold. Platform access and usage are monitored only for security and to keep the Service working, and any statistics we review are aggregated and anonymised.
You retain the right to access, correct, port or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@parentica.app. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Parentica Individual is a consumer subscription for one person, billed in advance through our payment provider at the price shown in the app at the time you subscribe, and renewed automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time in the app and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your subscription starts; to use it, email info@parentica.app within those 14 days and we will refund you within 14 days. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence always apply and are not limited by these Terms.
Each subscription is issued to a named individual and is strictly non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify Parentica immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Parentica reserves the right to monitor platform usage and enforce these Terms. Violations may result in: suspension or termination of access under these Terms; pursuit of civil damages including statutory and actual damages, lost profits, and injunctive relief; referral for criminal prosecution where applicable under national law.
Where a subscription is terminated because of a serious breach of these Terms, no refund is due for the remaining period. This does not affect your statutory rights where the Service is faulty.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings locally or require otherwise. EU consumers may also raise a complaint with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or with the consumer authority in their own country.
Parentica may update these Terms as the Service or the law develops. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 30 days before they take effect, and you may cancel your subscription before then if you do not accept them.
